How long can I expect to wait for my order?
We aim to try our best and dispatch your order no later than the next working day, although please understand that there may be instances where this is not always possible.
Delivery to the UK, Royal Mail 1st class signed for post takes 1-2 Working days and Royal Mail 2nd class signed for post takes around 3 working days.
Deliveries to Europe take up to 7 working days.
Rest of the world - Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order.
Please Note - When ordering any Prams or Toys these will be sent via a UPS Courier and once dispatched they will arrive the next working day, tracking information is available but will only be provided if you contact us and ask for it as most items are sent on our behalf from the supplier.
I have not received my order?
Please contact us and we can then try and help find out why your order may not have arrived. We will always do our very best to help.
If however you have ordered a pram or toy these are dispatched via UPS and there is tracking information. If your parcel shows a successful home delivery with signature and we have the proof from UPS then we are unable to help you if you state your parcel didn't arrive, this is to protect our self's from scammers, you will need to contact UPS and launch an investigation.
I gave you the wrong address?
Please contact us at the earliest opportunity and let us know if the address given was incorrect, we can hopefully then try and get address changed before any orders are sent out. Please do check your details carefully before ordering as we cannot take any responsibility for orders that do not reach you due to inaccurate delivery details.
How do I return my order?
You can return your order for a refund or exchange. Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days which starts the day after you receive your order. Please email us at email@example.com so we can arrange with you how you can send your order back to us. Your order must be in its original condition and packaging and be sent back to us within 10 working days from arranging the return.
We unfortunately can only offer exchange and not refunds on items that are made to order or personalised.
If sending back for a refund, we shall aim to refund you the same day we receive the order back to us, refunds or exchanges will not include any return postage that was paid to send the order back to us unless your order was originally faulty. Please read our full refund policy at the bottom of our web-page.
My item is faulty?
All of our items have been quality checked by us and are of a very high quality, we can be sure that they reach you in a perfect condition. But in the very rare instance you are not happy with your order for any reason then please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange for you to return your order back to us. We will also refund your delivery charge for any faulty orders returned back to us, all we ask is that you provide proof of postage.

If you are unsure of what size you should buy then please contact us and we can provide you with the correct measurements before you purchase.
