    • Orders £0.00–£135.00: Free

Enjoy the convenience of Free Courier Delivery for one item in your soft play and Meowbaby products order to addresses within the UK and Ireland, as long as the total order value is below £135.00. For additional items in the same order, there will be a delivery fee applied.

Custom Fees: Please be aware that for orders shipped outside of the UK and Ireland, additional customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country's customs policies and regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may need to be settled upon delivery or before the package is released by customs.

    How long can I expect to wait for my order?

    We always strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. For personalised items, please allow up to one week for dispatch, depending on our current workload. If you require urgent delivery, kindly email us, and we will inform you of the earliest possible dispatch date.

    For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Royal Mail 48hr usually takes 1-2 working days, while Royal Mail 24hr takes approximately 1 working days.

    Deliveries to Ireland may take a bit longer, so please contact us if you haven't received your order within one week.

    Please Note - When ordering Prams or Toys, these items will be sent via UPS Courier, arriving the next working day after dispatch. Tracking information is available upon request, as most items are sent on our behalf by the supplier.

    I have not received my order?

    If you haven't received your order, please contact us, and we will assist in determining the reason for the delay. We are always eager to provide the best help we can.

    However, for prams or toys dispatched via UPS with successful home delivery and signature confirmation, if you claim non-receipt of the parcel, we will be unable to intervene. For such cases, to protect ourselves from potential scams, you will need to contact UPS directly and initiate an investigation.

    I gave you the wrong address?

    If you provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to amend the address before sending out your order. However, we cannot assume responsibility for orders that do not reach you due to inaccurate delivery details. Kindly review your information carefully before placing an order.

    How do I return my order?

    You may return your order for a refund or exchange only if the item is faulty. Our return policy allows 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Please contact us at siennas_world@yahoo.com, and we will guide you through the return process. Ensure your order is in its original condition and packaging and send it back to us within 10 working days from arranging the return.

    Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on made-to-order or personalised items unless they are faulty.

    If you choose to return for a refund, we will aim to refund you on the day we receive the order back. Refunds or exchanges will not include any return postage costs, unless your order was originally faulty.     My item is faulty?

    Rest assured that all our items undergo stringent quality checks, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare instance that you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order at sienna_world@yahoo.com. We will arrange for you to return your order to us. In such cases, we will also refund your delivery charge, provided you provide proof of postage.
